My favorite frosting recipe for cakes, cupcakes, even woopie pies. You can’t go wrong when marshmallow creme is one of the main ingredients!
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 7oz jar marshmallow creme (I use Fluff)
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
*cream butter until fluffy
*add marshmallow creme, beat two minutes
*add sugar & vanilla and beat two minutes
